A wedding day compresses a lot of logistics into a few hours. Transport is one of the areas that most quietly makes or breaks the timeline. This checklist is the same one our team uses when planning a HUDE Chauffeurs wedding booking, adapted so couples can use it themselves.
1. Confirm the number of vehicles
Start with the bridal party arrival car, then work outwards: parents, key family, bridesmaids, and — if you are handling it — guest shuttles to and from a hotel. Under-ordering vehicles is the most common mistake; a professional chauffeur company will help you size the fleet accurately.
2. Choose the right vehicles

3. Lock the timeline
