1. Quote requests

All quote requests are subject to acceptance and vehicle availability. A quote request is not a confirmed booking; confirmation is provided once details, vehicle and price are agreed.

2. Pricing

Quoted fares cover the journey specified in the quote confirmation. Additional stops, extended waiting time or diversions may incur further charges.

3. Waiting time

Specific waiting arrangements are confirmed alongside each quote.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation terms are confirmed as part of your booking confirmation.

5. Conduct

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond fair wear and tear.

6. Liability

We accept liability for direct loss caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability which cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
